So, I've been thinking, and I still have all these thoughts about things that people keep coming to this blog for. So why not write them down? I've been wanting to create something of a miniature literary review lately, but that is way more work than I can quite handle, and so I've just been posting my own literary reviews over at http://reviewreviewreview.org/, and links to ones I've done. (Speaking of which, I just finished a review for Moment Magazine on Jay Neugeboren's great new novel: http://www.momentmag.com/book-review-the-american-sun-wind-moving-picture-company/.) But there are still lingering theoretical thoughts, and I've been returning recently to some interesting philosophical figures - why not write those down here too, like I always have?
So, expect some posts on Jean-Paul Sartre, Isaiah Berlin, Bruno Latour, Jacques Derrida (specifically: the new collection of Derrida's writings from Chicago), Timothy Williamson, and all sorts of crazy wonderful thinkers, plus links to other, less casual pieces on my personal work website and elsewhere.
